Scheduling an Assessment

To schedule an Urgent Assessment, please call 410-938-HELP(4357) between 8:15 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Appointments are generally scheduled one to two days in advance, and take place in the crisis suite located in the Weinberg Building of the Towson Campus Monday through Friday.

Depending on the outcome of the evaluation and your recommended treatment plan, your doctor may choose to schedule a follow-up appointment with you.

Please note that Urgent Assessments are not intended to take the place of ongoing outpatient care.

Insurance and Paying for Your Visit

Patients are expected to pay their co-pay at the time services are rendered. We participate with Maryland Medicaid and Medicare, as well as many major insurance companies (including CareFirst, CIGNA, Aetna, and United Healthcare). Because of variations between policies, it is best to contact your insurer directly to determine whether we are in their network for your plan.
